    expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2009.
  • October 2009 - Closing of the transaction between Advent Investments Pte Ltd. ("Advent") a wholly-owned
    subsidiary of Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited ("Hutchison Telecom") and Scailex
    Corporation Ltd. ("Scailex")
  • November 2009 - The issue of approximately NIS 448 million of unsecured non-convertible Series B notes
    through a private placement in Israel.
